SERVICE DEGREE
The PPAM Service Degree was established to honor members of PPAM who have volunteered for PPAM and attended PPAM events. The Service Degree is earned by accumulating 50 PPAM points. Members must submit the points they have earned via the application below.
When a member accrues 50 approved PPAM points, the PPAM medal will be awarded on a GREEN ribbon at the awards banquet at the annual convention. Members who have previously earned the PPAM Photographic Excellence Degree will be awarded the PPAM Medal on a red ribbon to signify that they have received both degrees. For each additional 50 points accrued above and beyond the first 50, the member will receive a gold star to pin to the ribbon.
Points must be applied for immediately following the year in which they were accrued. The eligible service points year will be from May 1 through April 30.
PHOTOGRAPHIC DEGREE
The PPAM Photographic Excellence Degree is awarded to members who accrue 50 merit points through their participation in Photographic Competition. In addition, the photographer who receives the Photographic Excellence Award for the highest overall scores, receives 5 additional merit points.
