Volunteers are the heart and soul of PPAM and EVOLVE. Without your help, this incredible event and organization simply wouldn't be possible. Whether it’s lending a hand for an hour or being part of the bigger picture, every effort counts. Together, we can make this convention our best yet—join us and be a part of something truly special!

Your support will play a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for us all (and you get points towards your PPAM Service Achievement Degree!)
EVOLVE: Front Desk/Registration
You're the first friendly face that attendees will see! Your mission is to check-in guests, answer questions, and help sell tickets for our education fundraiser raffle.
You'll be working alongside Ann Dreiker (VP Membership) and Laurie Lizotte (VP Finance) and they'll be there to help you, too.

EVOLVE: Greeters
Friendly faces wanted! Your mission includes standing at the program door greeting attendees, nametag-checking, and head-counting. Plus, you get to hand out raffle tickets and ticket stubs if there are prize drawings. Whose day will you make lucky?
You'll be working with Missy Stevens, our 'Security' Chair and she'll give you all the deets on what to do and where to be!
You'll be parked inside the action-packed program rooms, so pick a program that sparks your interest and sign up!

EVOLVE: Photo Bays Setup
Be part of the action and make magic happen behind the scenes! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help set up our photo bays at EVOLVE.
As a Photo Bay Setup Superstar, you will help set up the Photo Bays for the Saturday Night Hands-On event.

EVOLVE: Photographer
Does anyone know a photographer? 🤔
📸 We need a rockstar behind the lens, because who better to capture a room full of photographers than, well… another photographer? 😆 If you love snapping epic moments, and want some event experience, photos for your portfolio, and be part of documenting PPAM/Evolve history, this job is for you!
You'll be working under the guidance of the legendary Gail Lucozzi (Convention Chairperson) to lend a helping hand with capturing photographs of Evolve.
EVOLVE: AV Support
You'll be working alongside the legendary George Lucozzi (Props Chairperson) to help with the tech side of things - setting up and keeping tabs on microphones, speakers, and the projector during the programs.
Must be available to assist the speaker if technical difficulties arise, too!

It's EVOLVE! It's EVOLVE! PARTY TIME! ... EXCELLENT!
We tried, but we couldn't get Wayne or Garth to help with the infamous Theme Party and Closing Party! We could use some help with setup and decoration of both parties, and clean up after the Friday Night party. Can you spare an hour or two on Friday and/or Sunday?

EVOLVE: Late Night Lounge
NEW HOTEL, and Stephanie Olsen - our FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY HOST- has kindly offered to take the reins again to ensure the camaraderie continues into the late-night lounge complete with snacks, laughs and good vibes.
But she can’t do it alone! We need your help to make this lounge unforgettable. Step up and be a champion by signing up to set up, clean up, or join the opening squad. Let's rock this joint!

Please do not bring anything hot or that requires heating, reheating or special prep. Sticking to this list is truly appreciated!
Sign up here to bring some yummy treats to share with the gang! Please bring pre-packaged SNACK SIZE goodies like crunchy pretzels, tasty chips, sweet cookies, yummy candy. **PLEASE no Party or Family sized bags of chips, crackers, etc. Individually packaged items only.** Sorry, no nuts allowed since we want everyone to be able to munch in peace and not need an epi pen!
There will also be a variety of other snacks, including options that are salty, sweet, indulgent, gluten-free, and vegetarian. Truly something for everyone.
Remember, a little effort from everyone keeps the party going without putting an extra burden on any individual. So, update the sign-up sheet with your snack selection, and we'll make sure to avoid the dreaded snack shortage. Let's get our snack on!

EVOLVE: Speaker Gift Bags
We especially love to make sure our speakers feel welcome here! We need one volunteer who would enjoy creating "Welcome" Gift Bags for our speakers.
If you love details, surprises, and making people feel genuinely appreciated - this role is all about creating thoughtful, well-organized gift bags for our Evolve speakers.
You’ll gather items, assemble the bags, and add those little finishing touches that turn a simple gift into a memorable thank-you. If you enjoy shopping and spreading good vibes behind the scenes, this is your moment to shine.
There is a budget for you to work with, once you sign up, more detail will be provided! Gift bags must be completed ahead of time so they are ready and at the hotel by the Friday morning of convention.
